    Columbia Theatre:

Columbia Theatre is for the arts enthusiast in us all. They have performd favorites like Sweeny Todd and The Nutcracker, host dance troupes, the fan favorite venue The Ghost Light and.the October festival. Owned and operated by the lovely Southeastern, the Columbia Theatre was renovated and reopened in 2002. With a main seat performance hall sporting 830 spots, there is more than enough room for you and friends to go and spend an  evening of entertainment there.

    Brady's:

When you ask for steaks, this is the name you’re referred to because they’re the best. With a great selection of beer and bacon cheese fries, this is another hotspot for live music and a nice bar scene. You don’t have to be Irish to get in, which is great, because you want to be there on Saint Patrick’s Day. Everyone goes to toast life, love and above all, a good scotch. With indoor and outdoor space, there is room to dance and booths to chill in.

110 South West Railroad Avenue, Hammond, LA 70403.

    Augustine's:

This bar has a great jukebox, $5 pitchers of beer, dollar drinks from Monday through Thursday, darts and pool tables; the perfect ingredients for a chill night out with friends. They have their share of live music nights, and if there was any doubt, this is the hipster bar of Hammond.

    Tommy's on Thomas:

Tommy’s offer Paninis, po’boys and pasta, but you go for the pizza. Calzone, Greek, Vegetarian, Mexican, BLT, the list is endless, but the results are the same: amazing pizza made stone baked for your taste buds. Tommy’s is an amazing place to catch a Saint’s game without the Buffalo Wild Wings mania;.The atmosphere is just as good as the food, and the service is unparralleled.

    Cate Street Pub:

When Southeastern students bring their university identification, they can get an admission discount. During the semester, they host beer pong tournaments every Wednesday night, and live music is typically a given every weekend. The pub also has the best location around. With Pita Pit as a neighbor, you can run next door between songs and get a pita and water if your heart desires. Pub hours are 8:00 a.m. through 2:00 a.m., Monday through Saturday, but they are closed on Sundays.

    Red, White and Brew:

The name is patriotic and the drinks make you want to pledge allegiance to Todd Delaune for opening it in the first place.
